It’s the last Friday of the UK half term and the decent weather has brought out the crowds.
Some cloud, some blue sky and some big winds - I know that Storm Eunice is battering the UK so maybe this is the Alpine element of it? It caused some of the lifts to be closed and we were using some long pommels instead.
It didn’t put us off though and we have had a great day in Avoriaz.
Katie ski’s hard and from the top to the bottom without stopping. In 10 runs, according to my Garmin, I did 7 fastest times and 3 second fastest. Keeping’ up with the young ‘uns is hard work for an old fart. My calves are burning now!
I hope that you are all safe and secure despite the storm. The weekend beckons - have fun!
